AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association conducted a series of job interviews with Business Administration graduates as part of the “Revitalizing and Empowering the Gaza Strip through Employment” project, which aims to support young people and graduates and enhance their access to employment opportunities.

The interviews were conducted following the nomination of candidates through the Palestinian Employment Portal. This reflects the cooperation and coordination among civil society, governmental, and international organizations to support young people and promote their professional and economic empowerment.

A representative of the Palestinian Employment Fund attended and supervised the interview process, ensuring that it was conducted professionally and transparently and in accordance with the principles of fairness and equal opportunity for all candidates.

The activity seeks to create new professional opportunities for graduates seeking employment and strengthen their practical and administrative skills, enabling them to integrate effectively into the workplace and contribute to sustainable community development.
