AlFajr and the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate Organize Workshop on Journalism and Artificial Intelligence

AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association, in partnership with the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate, organized a workshop entitled “The Journalist and Artificial Intelligence,” with the participation of a number of male and female journalists from the southern Gaza Strip.
The workshop explored ways to utilize artificial intelligence technologies to advance journalistic practices and improve the quality of media content. It also introduced participants to key AI applications in research, editing, and the production of journalistic materials.
The workshop further addressed the professional and ethical standards governing the use of artificial intelligence in the media, emphasizing the importance of fact-checking and maintaining the accuracy and credibility of published content.
The workshop was organized as part of the ongoing efforts of Al-Fajr Palestinian Youth Association and the Palestinian Journalists Syndicate to strengthen journalists’ capacities and enable them to keep pace with rapid technological developments in the media sector.
