Project Summary

AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association has launched the first phase of Qatari aid distribution in partnership with the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA), targeting displaced families in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, through two central distribution points. The distribution will subsequently expand to additional areas.

Implementation Details

As part of ongoing humanitarian efforts to support vulnerable families and strengthen community resilience, AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association has begun distributing Qatari aid in partnership with the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA).

The first phase of the distribution was launched in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, through two central points designated to facilitate displaced families’ access to assistance:

First central point: Farwana Point on Hunein Street, serving displaced families living in the area extending from Al-Hayya Street to Asdaa Street.

Second central point: Al-Najjar Point near the Karza area, serving displaced families living in the area extending from Al-Nas Street to the Fash Farsh area.

Organizing the distribution through central points aims to facilitate beneficiaries’ access to assistance and ensure the orderly implementation of field activities within the areas covered by the first phase.

Following the completion of distribution activities in the two current areas, the operation will expand to additional locations, helping broaden the humanitarian response and reach more vulnerable families amid the difficult humanitarian conditions.
