Project Summary
AlFajr Palestinian Youth Association (FPYA) has begun implementing the project titled “Debris Clearance to Facilitate Access to Life-Saving Services in Khan Younis Governorate,” funded by Wafaa Al Mohsenin Charity Association. The project responds to humanitarian needs arising from damaged roads and the accumulation of debris in affected areas.
Implementation Details
The project targets It includes debris Clearanc and the reopening and rehabilitation of 56 main and secondary roads to ensure their safe use.
The project will facilitate the movement of residents and vehicles and enable ambulance crews, civil defence teams, humanitarian personnel, and essential service providers to reach affected communities quickly and safely. It will also support the return of families to their neighbourhoods, advance early recovery efforts, and strengthen community resilience.
