Introduction
Al-Fajr Palestinian Youth Association is a licensed, charitable, non-profit civil society organization established in 2002 and registered with the Palestinian Authority under Registration No. 7230. The Association operates throughout the Gaza Strip and was established to provide essential services and care to young people, women, and children in particular, as well as to all segments of society.
Since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip on 9 October 2023, the Association has been implementing an emergency response plan targeting affected communities across Gaza.
Al-Fajr Palestinian Youth Association has received funding from the Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) to prepare and distribute 4,000 vegetable parcels to families in Khan Younis Governorate.
Special Tender Conditions
Interested suppliers may collect the tender documents on Monday and Tuesday, 20–21 October 2025, from the Association’s office located in Al-Mawasi, Khan Younis, opposite Al-Qarara Port, Al-Ibtisama Hall, during official working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
A clarification meeting will be held at the Association’s office on Tuesday, 21 October 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
The deadline for submitting tender documents in a sealed envelope is Wednesday, 22 October 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
Tender envelopes will be opened at the Association’s office on Thursday, 23 October 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the presence of a representative from each bidding company, a representative of the donor, and a representative of the Association.
The selected supplier shall be committed to supplying the required items at the quoted prices, regardless of any increase or decrease in local market prices. Delivery shall take place on 25 October 2025.
The Association is not obligated to accept the lowest-priced bid if the offered items are of inferior quality.
The tender document fee is NIS 300 and is non-refundable.
