Introduction:
Al-Fajr Palestinian Youth Association is a non-governmental, non-profit charitable organization licensed by the Palestinian Authority in 2002 under registration No. 7230, operating in the Gaza Strip. The association was established to contribute to providing essential services and care, particularly for youth, women, and children, and for all segments of the community in general. The association has been operating under an emergency response plan since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip on October 9, 2023, targeting affected citizens across the region. The association has received funding from MECA to supply frozen meat as part of the "Al-Fajr Community Kitchen" project in Khan Younis Governorate.
Special Conditions:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, accompanied by a valid commercial registration, a professional merchant certificate from the Chamber of Commerce, copies of a tax invoice and payment receipt, and a bank statement confirming an active account during July 2026. Incomplete bids lacking any of the aforementioned documents will be disqualified.
The awarded bidder is obligated to supply, deliver, and place the required quantities at the designated project location in Al-Satar Al-Gharbi.
The awarded bidder must provide an official tax invoice and payment receipt.
Payment will be processed via bank transfer by the association within 30 days starting from the date of the final delivery completion.
The bank transfer will be issued in the name of the company or one of its authorized members, provided that official proof of membership and an authorized, signed, and stamped delegation letter from the company are submitted.
Upon delivery, any item failing to meet the technical specifications will not be accepted by the association's project coordinator. The company is obligated to replace it without any liability on the association, and the awarded bidder shall bear all legal consequences resulting from any defects or tampering with item quality.
Quantities are subject to increase or decrease by up to 25%.
Tender documents can be collected on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, corresponding to 11-12-13/07/2026, from the association's headquarters located in Khan Younis Mawasi - opposite Al-Qarara Port - Al-Ibtisama Hall, during official working hours from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
Inquiries will be received on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, corresponding to 11-12-13/07/2026, by calling 0593033316 or visiting the association's headquarters during official working hours.
The deadline for submitting tender documents in sealed envelopes is Tuesday, 14/07/2026, at 02:00 PM.
Envelopes will be opened and awarded on Wednesday, 15/07/2026, at 11:00 AM at the association's headquarters in the presence of representatives from each company, the donor, and the association.
The company is obligated to supply throughout the project duration regardless of market price increases or decreases, and supply will commence immediately upon contract signing.
The association is not bound to accept the lowest prices.
The tender booklet fee is 100 NIS (non-refundable).
The company is required to stamp all pages of the tender.
In the event of agreement termination with the donor or any other force majeure, the association reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any stage, even if supply has commenced, without incurring any obligations.
