Job Announcement for Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Officer - Al-Fajr Youth Association _ Gaza Strip

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Experience in designing data collection tools and analyzing them using quantitative and qualitative methods.

(ODK – SPSS – Power BI – Excel – Kobo Toolbox)

• Good knowledge of accountability principles, humanitarian standards, and data management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken. Preferably:
• Previous experience working with international organizations and funded projects.
• Knowledge of protection principles and Safeguarding policies.
• Experience in emergency and humanitarian response projects.
